Autumn is Walking

About mid November, Autumn had enough of that old crawling business. She got up and started walking around. She had been taking steps here and there and you could tell that she really wanted to walk around (to be like Parker), but now she uses her feet as her only form of transportation. She just looks so cute walking around everywhere. Here is a video of a little of her walking and a lot of her cheesy smiles.

Happy Birthday Paul!

On November 11th, we celebrated Paul's 28th birthday. It was pretty low-key, as he is pretty busy getting caught up with school at this point, but we did take a minute to sing to him and give him presents. And of course, he had homemade apple pie. He really is the best husband, father and friend anyone could ask for. Happy Birthday Love!

Family Fun!

We had some fun filled weeks in November. It all started with a visit from Aunt Julie. We really loved having her around. She got used to our daily schedule really quick and we both enjoyed reading our Nicholas Sparks books during nap/quiet time. By the end of her stay, Autumn was reaching out for Julie, even when I was holding her!

We had a visit from Grandma Jones. We tried to get Parker to show off his latest tricks, but all he wanted to do was sing the ABC's.
Melissa, Trevor and Spencer came to town and Parker was in heaven! Parker and Trevor picked up right where they left off and were great buddies. Although, this time they had to try to 'include' Autumn, who likes to tag along these days.

Autumn and Parker also enjoyed getting to know baby, Spencer. He is so cute!

And I can't forget the reason for all of this family gathering; Girls' Weekend!
We had a lot of fun seeing Kim's new house, shopping, eating and living it up in Park City.

Happy Halloween

We had a fun-filled Halloween this year. It started with the annual Law School Halloween Party (Below). It consisted of a pizza party and trick or treating to the law students carrels. We also attended a Halloween Party for kids put on by BYU in the Wilk. Parker decorated a pumpkin and played lots of games to get toys and treats. Autumn even got to fish.
We finished off our Halloween festivities with some traditional trick-or-treating. We stopped by the Nelson's home (from our mission), Jill and Ron's and finished off with Kim and Julie.
Parker in Dad's clown outfit...maybe a future costume for this little guy!
