Little Autumn

Little Autumn is five months old. She is such a happy girl. She is well on her way to sitting up and has found her feet and loves to grab them. Mostly, I have more pictures of her that I wanted to post. So, enjoy!

I am loving our stroller even more, now that they can both sit up.

Ice Cream All Around

After lunch today, Parker said he had to go potty so we raced to the bathroom and put him on his little potty. He has done this a few times and nothing has happened, so I was shocked when he got off and there was a little surprise inside. I have never been so happy to see a little poo.

We got him the promised ice cream* and they happened to be giving out balloons too. (Parker thought that everyone was celebrating this big moment!) We told the girl that gave him the balloon that it was his special day. When she asked why Parker said, "I went on the potty!" I have never seen him smile so big! He was so proud! We are happy, but we still have a long way to go as far as potty training goes...

*Paul and I have been promising Parker ice cream if he goes to the bathroom on his little potty. We were all excited when he finally did because we ALL got ice cream!

A Trip to Grand Junction...

Paul had his winter break last week, so we decided to take a little trip to see 'Granny and Pops'. It was so fun to see them. Parker loved playing with all of their toys and watching cartoons on their big TV. He cried when we left because he did not want to leave. He even asked a few days later if we could go to Granny's house.

(Yes, he wanted to bring all of those animals with him)

(Paul always seems to get good rest on our 'vacations.')

Seattle!

Well, after months of filling out applications and interviewing and praying and wondering and worrying, we finally know what we will be doing this summer. Paul got an internship at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in Seattle. After all of his research and interviewing, this is what he was most interested in, so we are pretty excited! Now all that is left to do is figure out our living arrangements...any suggestions?
