Parker likes to "read." The other day as he was playing on the ground with his toys, I witnessed his newest trick. He picked up one of his books, opened it and then put it right up to his face and talked in it. Then threw it down and did the same thing with another book. I think he is trying to read. I have since been trying to capture this on video for the blog world. I managed to get a quick sample of it. Enjoy!

Hi Laura! How ARE you?! And how did you find my blog? I'm so excited! And you have a little boy??! Great news! He's a cutie!! Congrats to Paul for starting law school. And yes, we should definitely hang out--you'll need it as a 1L wife! Don't worry, 1L first semester is the worst, and then it gets easier from there. :) I'm excited I'll get to stay in touch with you via blogging...take care!

Laura, I just found your blog through Katie Lawyer's site. Hopefully you remember me, it has been a long time...Emily Norton (Ouellet). I'm following right behind Rachel. Bloghopping is a gold mine! Laura and Paul, I hope you both are doing well...I love being back in Ohio. It is different not seeing it through a missionary's eyes, but it's still "the Ohio." I'm excited to keep in touch this way. Way better than reunions once a year (that I won't be able to go to anymore!)

Thanks for the comment! We're doing great...I'm finishing up school this week (through online classes from BYU) and now I'm searching for a job :) We love it up here and are having lots of fun.
